Heart #74 goes to...Felix Rey "Rain Rain Go Away" Clear Bubble Umbrella!  It's been raining all day and I have been out a few times already to walk my dog.  This is the umbrella I need.  It will definitely protect my hair from the drizzle and rain blowing at me, threatening to frizz my lovely locks!  And it's clear so I can keep it low and see where I'm going.  I love the red heart and the "rain rain go away" printed on it.  I found this at Bloomingdales for $65.
