Heart #87 goes to...Dogeared 'Karma' Reminder Pendant Necklace! This necklace comes in a gold circle for $78 or a silver circle for $68 at Nordstrom. It has an 18" chain and it comes in recycled sterling silver or 14kt gold-dipped recycled sterling silver. I love it and I love all Dogeared necklaces and bracelets.
